Semi Private training is an experience. Each client of Pure has undergone a thorough initial assessment where we can screen out any injuries, understand where they are starting from and what they are looking to achieve. We go through goal setting, nutritional counseling and develop strategies to help you implement fitness as a lifelong passion.

After the initial assessment workouts are scheduled according to your availability. You will always have a workout that is structured to your abilities and goals, however you will be coached through it in an environment of great people and good motivation! You are always working very closely with a strength coach while in the gym and will remain under the watchful eyes of not only your main trainer, but the rest of the staff while working out.

We work as a team, and therefore the education and motivation is amplified that much more. We provide an experience, one in which healthy lifestyle habits will be engrained in you for life!
