Blake has been an entrepreneur in the fitness industry for over 10 years. His passion for fitness and health has fuelled one of Winnipeg’s most successful strength and conditioning facilities developed on the foundation of the highest levels of education.

Continuing education in the field of fitness, health and wellness has always been a priority for Blake, as such, he continues to push the pace of not only his employees but all strength trainers in Manitoba.

Blake is currently the chair of the University of Manitoba Faculty of Kinesiology and Recreation Management Academic Advisory Board. He also sits as the provincial director for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) where he leads a group of colleagues in developing and implementing continuing education courses for all strength trainers in Manitoba.

With health and wellness continually on his mind, Blake empowers his clients to lead a life full of activity engaging them both inside the gym and out. Leading by example he helps his clients not only achieve success in performance, but also develop lifestyle practices that lower stress and increase energy in a positive and motivating environment.

He believes that exercise is medicine and is working hard to promote professionals in the field of Kinesiology as front end fighters in the war on chronic disease.
