Aynsley comes from a very active family and has participated in sports all her life. After numerous trips to the physiotherapist for various injuries, she realized her deep interest in the field of physiotherapy. She graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (PT) degree in 2008 and has worked in private practice treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions since. She is passionate about physiotherapy and loves helping people return to their pre-injury condition, or better!

Aynsley is very dedicated to the profession of physiotherapy. She is committed to continuing her education through advanced exercise, manual therapy, and acupuncture courses, as well as mentoring students who are beginning their careers. She is enthusiastic, personable and loves the problem-solving component of her job. She believes that no two injuries are exactly the same and is committed to tailoring a customized treatment plan that includes exercise rehabilitation combined with manual therapy to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
